Kering – Wayne (NJ)

A huge project developed by HLW for Kering, the France-based global luxury group which manages the development of a series of renowned Houses in Fashion, Leather Goods, Jewelry and Watches: Gucci, Saint Laurent, Bottega Veneta, Balenciaga, Alexander McQueen, Brioni, Boucheron, Pomellato, as well as Kering Eyewear.

Kering recently moved their New Jersey office to a new building in Wayne, New Jersey. Combining the new structure into a Parisian-inspired office, HLW’s design scheme reinforces Kering’s commitment to sustainability and dedication to fostering a high quality-of-life workplace that favors employee’s individuality.

80,000 square feet of office space divided into operational areas, meeting rooms, relaxation and breakout spaces and private offices. Kering Project partitions required a 12 Ft height front office: Estel “3-6-9” Partition System perfectly fitted this work scope involving a “6” system single glazed offset, with a double glazed door.

The new space was designed for LEED Gold certification.
