Sidera – Forlì

Sidera HQ: An innovative project by tissellistudioarchitetti with tailor-made solutions made by Estel

The new CIA Conad headquarters in Forlì represents an evolution in workspace design, based on the principles of neuroarchitecture to improve the psychophysical well-being and productivity of those who work there. Developed by tissellistudioarchitetti, the building is presented as a “horizontal tower” surrounded by greenery, where interiors and exteriors blend in harmony, creating an environment that meets both aesthetic and functional needs.

In this context, Estel Group played a key role in the creation of completely custom-made partitions, paneling and furniture designed to integrate perfectly with the design vision. The result is a space that stimulates creativity, concentration and well-being thanks to advanced technological solutions and sophisticated design.

Custom partition walls and paneling

In designing the walls, Estel customized Parete 60 to create acoustic glass partitions with shot peened aluminum finishes, optimizing the sound and visual isolation of the rooms. Along the main 100-meter corridor and in the office rooms, these walls ensure high standards of privacy while allowing natural light to flow into the work spaces. The paneling, a distinctive element that also extends to the auditorium, uses aluminum finishes and colored mirrors to enhance the perception of the space while integrating flush cabinets and doors. This modular system ensures seamless visual continuity and meets the aesthetic and functional requirements of the project.

Custom-made furniture for a unique space

Every room in Sidera HQ was furnished with custom solutions made by Estel, which took care of every detail: from the reception desk to the executive tables to the boardroom table, an imposing 24-meter structure made of black HIMACS, divided into three distinct elements. The auditorium podiums, executive desks, and mirrors in the Corian bathrooms also reflect the same attention to materials and functionality.
