The Gioia 22 project redefines the concept of the workplace, transforming the skyscraper into a flexible and sustainable hub. With 24 floors dedicated to offices, collaborative spaces, executive and representative areas, this tower embodies the principles of the Next Way of Working (NWOW), focusing on ergonomics, technology, and well-being.

Estel’s Expertise: Tailored Design and Functionality

Estel played a key role in shaping the interiors, providing integrated solutions for furnishings, partitions, and custom workstations. This project required a combination of manufacturing precision, innovation, and the ability to manage a highly complex initiative.

Large-Scale Production and Customization

• 2,100 workstations designed for over 3,200 professionals, with 25% featuring height-adjustable desks for maximum ergonomic comfort.
• 140 meeting rooms and a 150-seat conference hall to foster collaboration and strategic exchange.
• Bespoke furniture solutions ranging from modular P045 workstations to elegant Altagamma desks for executive spaces.

• Estel “60-90” partition walls: Technologically advanced solutions with sound insulation up to 48 decibels, integrated with design elements such as curved glass and oak-veneered aluminum profiles.
• Collaboration clusters: Spaces designed for private meetings featuring sound-absorbing glass partitions, modular benches, and ergonomic furniture.
• Community table with Baobab: Statement tables with integrated LED lighting and seamless connectivity technology.
